Ido Lab REBALANCE Cu+
An advanced firming tonic that restores the skin’s physiological pH and supports its natural protective barrier. Thanks to its content of lysine and proline copper, the product stimulates regeneration, smooths wrinkles, and improves skin elasticity. The formula, enriched with PHA acids, gently exfoliates the epidermis, leaving the skin moisturized, soothing irritation, and evening out skin tone.
A professional toning formula designed for skin requiring intensive regeneration, firming, and soothing. It works in multiple ways: from restoring the acid-base balance to stimulating repair processes in the deeper layers of the skin. This is a key step in a pro-aging routine that prepares the skin to absorb active ingredients from subsequent skincare steps.
Key actions and properties
- Toning: Restores the skin’s natural, slightly acidic pH after cleansing.
- Firming and Elasticity: Stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin.
- Regeneration: Accelerates tissue renewal and supports the healing of inflammation.
- Smoothing: Thanks to PHA acids, it gently removes dead skin cells without the risk of irritation.
- Hydration and Protection: Strengthens the hydrolipid barrier and microbiome, preventing water loss (TEWL).
Active ingredients
- Copper Lysinate/Prolinate - is an amino acid that accelerates tissue regeneration; it soothes irritation, inflammation, and sensitive skin while supporting the healing process; with antioxidant properties, it neutralizes the effects of free radicals; additionally, it stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen, which is vital for skin elasticity, helping to prevent sagging and the formation of wrinkles; it also regulates sebaceous glands and exhibits antibacterial properties
- Proline - is another amino acid that plays a key role in collagen synthesis in the skin; it improves skin tone and elasticity, effectively reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines; furthermore, it enhances the anti-aging effects of peptides present in cosmetics
- Lysine HCl - enhances the skin's resistance to viruses and bacteria; it boosts the efficacy of antioxidants, thus preventing premature skin aging; moreover, it supports the healing and regeneration processes of the epidermis
- Lactobionic Acid - is crucial for caring for sensitive, dry, and couperose skin, as well as skin prone to rosacea, atopic dermatitis, and seborrheic dermatitis; it calms redness, irritation, and inflammation, accelerates healing processes, strengthens and seals blood vessel walls, and helps rebuild the damaged hydrolipid barrier; additionally, it gently exfoliates dead skin cells, improving and smoothing skin texture while lightening discoloration and evening out skin tone
- Lactitol and Xylitol - help maintain the balance of the skin's microflora and provide immediate and long-lasting hydration; they regulate the exfoliation process and strengthen the skin barrier; these ingredients also possess anti-inflammatory properties, reducing the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and soothing irritations
- Gluconolactone - aids in repairing the skin barrier; it can attract moisture from the environment and retain it on the skin's surface, smoothing the complexion, evening out texture, and preventing trans-epidermal water loss; additionally, it regulates lipid metabolism
- Arginine - is an amino acid that not only strengthens the hydrolipid barrier but also penetrates deep into the dermis, where it is converted into urea, a humectant responsible for optimal skin hydration; it stimulates collagen synthesis, making the skin more elastic, while also soothing irritations and accelerating the regeneration of dry, sensitive, and atopic skin
