A cream for home use, serving as the second step in the professional Cosmelan depigmentation treatment. It is considered the most effective product for treating melasma, lentigines, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The product works at the cellular level by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase—the enzyme responsible for pigment production. Regular use of the cream yields spectacular results in smoothing and brightening the complexion.

Skin spots are a very common problem, especially in women. It involves the darkening of the skin caused by an overproduction of pigment or melanin that unevenly accumulates in the skin. How to use

• Apply a small amount of cream (about the size of a pea) every 12 hours, in the morning and evening, to cleansed and dry skin on the face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas.
• Spread the cream with gentle movements (massage) until completely absorbed.

Precautions

• Follow the instructions for use provided by your specialist.
• Do not use within the first 24 hours after applying Cosmelan peel.
• Cosmelan 2 is highly irritating, so it is important to moisturize the skin thoroughly. The producer recommends using Mesoestetic Hydra-Vital Factor K nourishing and regenerating cream and Mesoestetic Mesoprotech Melan 130 Pigment Control SPF 50+ emulsion as a sunscreen when exposed to the sun, but avoid sunlight while using Cosmelan 2. A lack of UV protection can negate the effects of the treatment.
• Due to its intense exfoliating action, we recommend using Mesoestetic Melan Recovery and Mesoestetic Anti-Stress Mask in conjunction with this product.

• The color and consistency of the cream may vary depending on the production series - from mustard color to dark brown. Such phenomenon is completely natural and does not indicate product defects. During use, the cream may also change color - this is a normal phenomenon.
