- Fill out the form
Go to the InPost Quick Returns page and enter your order details. It will only take a moment! - Get your return code
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return code in the InPost Mobile app or via email. - Send the package at a Paczkomat
Prepare the package (you can use the same box you received the item in - just remember to remove the old label). Write your return code legibly on the box. Go to any Paczkomat, scan the code from the app or select the “Send” option on the screen and enter the code. Place the package in the locker and... you’re done!
Remember!
Please be sure to include the receipt in the package - we need it for our tax returns.
